CHILD CARE FEES:
** There is a non-refundable registration fee due upon enrolment**
Child Care Fees are payable on a bi-weekly or monthly basis. Billing of Child Care Fees are done weekly (Monday’s) and fees must be paid within 5 working days of receipt of invoice. All payments can be made by cheque, money order or cash. Receipts will be issued for income tax purposes. Make cheques payable to: Mattawa Child Care Centre
LATE FEE:
We realize that people do get held up for various reasons, but please remember to call and let us know. We all have commitments and need to be courteous to everyone. The Centre has a closing time of 5:30 p.m. The following late procedures will take place:
- Parents will be requires to pay a $10.00 late fee. This $10.00 Late Fee applies to the first 10 minutes after 5:30 p.m. This amount is to be paid in cash. In addition to the $10.00 Late Fee, parents will be responsible for paying an additional $1.00 for every minute after that. Please refer to your Parent Agreement.
